BodyOffice

Under the guidance of professional instructors, we conduct focused workshops of varying duration for groups of up to 15 participants. We tailor each session based on the team’s composition and specific needs.

The BodyOffice is a collection of structured, proven methods designed to enhance your engagement with daily work. It is an exploration of practical movement exercises led by experts, not a form of therapy or psychological group work. You retain complete control over your personal space and participation at all times.

What BodyOffice workshops offer?

  • Greater Body Awareness and Well-being. Through guided movement, you learn to know your body better, noticing your posture and overall physical well-being more clearly, moving towards to a more sustainable physical balance.
  • Space (Re)shaping and a New Perspective. Discover your office space from a completely new viewpoint, using existing furnishings as part of creative movement. You break the routine and give a fresh perspective to the daily work environment.
  • Team Synergy and Non-Verbal Communication. The shared movement experience encourages non-verbal communication and helps develop deeper connections between colleagues, improving team dynamics and empathy. You will literally experience your team from a different angle, improving internal dynamics.
  • Mental Clarity and Stress Relief. The sessions offer a mental break that helps let go of work stress and everyday worries, while improving concentration and presence. This helps reduce the risk of burnout and promotes overall well-being.
  • Increased Creativity and New Energy. Find a playful mode that suits you and discover collaboration with others in a completely new level. Seek solutions to everyday work tasks with new energy and awareness.

The BodyOffice is an effective and pleasant way to find greater balance within yourself, to cope better with your emotions and with the surrounding environment and other people. It is an investment in the better work performance and well-being of both – the individual and the team.
